Frustrations
Everything had been going great, all lifts have improved dramatically, muscular size increased, gained 5+ lbs. all within the one month while I’ve been following maxOT,,,,until Thursday…..I think I have a hernia! No, this wasn’t from lifting at the gym, at least i don’t think so, I felt this ‘pop’ in my lower groin area while at home. I’ll go to the doc to find out for sure but I feel very uncomfortable.
This sux so bad because I LOVE going to the gym and love lifting the heavy weights, hopefully I can recover within a week or two. I can’t wait to get back to my training..I LOVE MAX OT!!
