Is it just me?

Is being in denial that your bondy is going to change slightly after a competition normal?  I had some serious demons to fight off when I was done, but now that I’m back to normal I’m having a really hard time finding that balance.  I forgot how to eat "normally" !  then I ate a bunch of SHIT…..I still do sometimes!  But I feel so lethargic.   I was told not to stay on a competiton diet all the time, but If I just a dded a few calories here and there I hope it won’t be that bad for me.  There really is no right answer, but I don’t want to feel like I have some eating disorder .

I know what you are going through. you can eat clean year round. Just increase the calories up a little so that you are not starving or in a depleted state. you can have a cheat meal here and there, but just not everyday :-) well i know for me, i would like to stay close to competition shape as much as possible. The reality is this- you are going to lose some cuts, but not all. you will increase you metabolism by eating more, so that you can increase your muscle mass. And as long as you eat clean, you should not have much to worry about. the biggest scam in this industry is bulking up, or what i like to call, getting fat and bloated. Why put on the fat when it takes twice as long to get off. I hope this helps.

I agree with J Wes. He seems very informed on competitive dieting. If you want to do more than one comp. per year then you will need an extra level of devotion to your diet.
As a fan, I think that you can do this. Cheat meals eaten slowly last longer and maintaining a positive attitude is the other half. You are truly blessed and seeking truth will lead you to your answers.
