Is being in denial that your bondy is going to change slightly after a competition normal? I had some serious demons to fight off when I was done, but now that I’m back to normal I’m having a really hard time finding that balance. I forgot how to eat "normally" ! then I ate a bunch of SHIT…..I still do sometimes! But I feel so lethargic. I was told not to stay on a competiton diet all the time, but If I just a dded a few calories here and there I hope it won’t be that bad for me. There really is no right answer, but I don’t want to feel like I have some eating disorder .

I know I’ve already come this far and the dehydration process is going to work wonders…but I just don’t feel like I’m cutting up as much as I should be. I’ve been working my ass off!! And the diet is nothing to spit at either, but it may not be the one for me…it’s just too late to change it. All protein for five days, then three days on carbs. I should have just stuck with what was working in the first place. (inhaling) at least I have the show in October to look forward to and make the changes I need to.

When your preparing for a competition, there are certain things you just can’t live with out. Obvious things like workouts aside, I’m limited to certain luxuries being stationed overseas, like health food stores with a SELECTION. So I make due! Sugar-free Jello, Mrs. Dash, and Crystal light…the color to my not so colorful diet! I would certainly drive my husband nuts without them!
