Sugar

How much sugar a day is reasonable? I’ve been eating what I consider to be a low amount, under 5 grams per meal unless I’m having an apple or something, but I may not have a good idea of what is low.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

    HI YA , do u use a software program to keep track of yuor food like www.lifeform.com or www.fitday.com ??? all depends on what yuor body burns on the avg week , 30 grams a day is ok,
