yes, for most people it helps. Make sure you use the powder and dissolve into warm water. but beware it will make you ultra thirsty!
I find it doesn’t work well for me, just leaves me all bloaty.. I just stick to a good whey and Gatorade PWO.

I think cre is a good recovery tool. It forces water (and the nutrients dissolved in it) into your muscles. So, for a time the muscle is larger with water, but if you get the water to carry lots of protiens and BCAAs in there too, they will stay when the water goes. Keep the calories and intensity high and the fats low. Then again I am not much of an authority. Good luck.

creatine is good and could work for you-
Also take a look at some of the protien powders that GNC and Optimum Nutrition offer- they can really boost your effectiveness and muscle in the gym

I think you look great now. Petite is cool! But creatine should help if you are getting the protein. The advice above is good. CV

Creatine is a great idea, however I would avoid any type of creatine monohydrate. It’s absorption rates are very poor and typically causes a lot of water retention and bloating. I would look into a product called Con-crete. This form of creatine has an awesome absorption rate due to it’s molecular structure and WILL Not cause you to be bloated or retain water.
