Monday's upperbody workout
Well, Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out. I've noticed I've gotten a lot weaker. I did the bench press. Then moved to Incline dumbbell press and did flat dumbbell bench press, then I went to and did the butterfly machines. After I did some decline skull crushers. Bleh, too tired to write more it's my first post anywho.
