Well I have decided to try tribulus to help aid my workouts. It has been two weeks now and I am finally noticing a difference. My workouts have more intensity and my lifts are much better. I have also noticed my muscles are a lot harder than they were before I took this supplement. It’s possible its just a placebo effect but I doubt it. I look forward to the results I get out of this.

Well, I have been working out for about 7 years now. At one point I had blown up to 240lbs. However, it was not all muscle and I think it was an unhealthy weight for me. I have just recently decided to try and compete in bodybuilding. This is a lot tougher than I thought it would be. It is also damn expensive too lol. But I know that in the end it will all be worth it, its a lifestyle for me. I look forward to using the site to track my progress and connect and share ideas with other people who are into the sport.
