WHAT IVE BEEN DOING IS A DROP SET WORK OUT. INSTEAD OF RESTING, DO 15RPS 15BREATHS, 12RPS 12BRTHS, THEN 10. THIS WILL, DEPENDING ON YOUR PRIVIOUSLY 3-4 WEEK WORK-OUTS, AND IF OPPOSITE WILL GIVE GREAT PUMPS AND QUICK RESULTS. THATS MY ONE WEEK REST SCHEDULE.
NOW FOR YOUR MUSCLE MY MUSCLE AND HIS. CONTINUOUS CONFUSION….12 REP 100LBS……1REP…..200LBS…..6REP….150…
