The best feeling in the gym and proud moment…

So yesterday I had the absolute best feeling in the gym… yet again! Since I played baseball for so many years I am all about lifting forearms and making it a large part of my weekly routine. They won’t grow for me whatsoever, but I feel like they are pretty strong so I can deal with the size. After doing a 4 supersets of 25 each of forearm curls with a 60lb db and forearm raises with a 20lb db I moved on to 6 sets of 20 with 30lbs doing a different raise. I always do forearms at the end of my workout. After I am done and I take the ipod off and head to the locker room to wash my hands and then…. the best feeling at the gym! I could barely wash my hands because my forearms were so pumped!! That and not being able to lift a cell phone to your ear after arm day just finished are my all time favorites!

The proud moment was the location I was at. I normally lift at a gym 5 minutes from my apartment. I had a meeting on the other side of town which is known for being rich, stuck up, and full of snobby "good looking" people.
