I’m very excited about next week and completely and utterly motivated to get my workouts in, my body is tingling (seriously) I’m like a kid on Christmas eve right now… the anticipation of picking up those weights tomorrow is phenomenal!
Hope to lose another 15-20 lbs this coming month and kick it into high gear on my cardio… can’t wait to hit 300 on my APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test) in June! 190 lbs HERE I COME, LOOK OUT!

Was thinking about the next year and how great I’m going to look on my birthday (June 4) and realizing I’m not drinking enough water or eating my 6 meals a day and need to really buckle down with that… my workouts are going great, my cardio is really starting to climb and my attitude is right on target…
200 lbs by June 4th that’s 76 lbs, wish me luck and health.

Today I decided to really start giving it my all! Did PT this morning at 0630 on the Elliptical for 60 mins (750 cal). Did my Day 1 workout for Chest and Triceps at 1300:
Incline Bench Press, Bench Press, Decline Flyes, Close-in arm pushups, Close-grip bench press, Lying Triceps Extension
Then I did another 30 mins (375 cal) on the Elliptical after my workout, man it feels great!

Did a weigh-in today and have lost 18 lbs since December 9th. Excited about my weight loss (1.125 lbs a day!), hopefully will be down to 200 lbs in 6 months and 190 (my goal weight) within 9-10 months.
