What I need to do
I’m really thinking I need to strength train and sculpt more times per week. As it is I’ve been doing full body workouts twice/week. I’m seeing more muscle and am lifting heavier now. The pictures on bodyspace inspire me to work so much harder to get the body I really want! I exercise every day. Winter is here now so I’m getting depressed. I hate the dull, dreary weather and the cold is terrible. I miss being able to power walk and run outside. I’m going to have to get back into my exercise videos again. I’m also thinking I need to rethink my dietary intake and really clean it up. I eat pretty healthy now, but I know I could do better! I really need to set some new goals!

You ever think of maybe trying to change to working just a couple of body parts each day… instead of doing a whole body 2X/week?
like chest and tri / backand bi’s / shoulders and traps / legs? Just a suggestion.
