persons who engage in solitary endurance

I’ve got this information from "useless knowledge"  and I’m not sure how true it is. but there might be some truth in it. somehow I’m scared though but it does not mean I will  stop going to the gym(lol) …. I guess balance is the key for a healthy life style.

 

"Persons who engage in solitary endurance sports are the ones most likely to be compulsive exercisers?i.e., joggers, long-distance swimmers, weight lifters, and cross-country skiers. Frequently, devotees of these activities set unrealistic, ambitious goals and then drive themselves mercilessly to reach them. A study of New York marathoners a few years ago found that their divorce rate?both male and female?was twice the national average"

Exercise & Menstruation

I’ve been doing exercising lately while I’m menstrating heavily, and just used thick pad napkin, and thank god it turned out ok, and wasn’t spotting all over my pants.  If it was – how embarrasing!  I don’t know…I was just feeling like going to the gym, even though I’m having my period.  I do not usually exercise during my period.

I feel a lot better since I started going back to the gym a few months ago.  I find it lessens the cramping and bloating that used to make me pretty miserable when I did not exercise at all, before.

Oh my!  Being a woman is not really that easy sometimes; but hell, I’m still glad and thankful that I was born a woman in this world {LOL}; there are many good things a woman can do and enjoy. ha ha. 

 

 

HOW DID I DISCOVER THE B.B ?

I was bored, and had nothing to do that day, and i searched google, for anything to do with bodybuilding, or whatever else came up in my mind, and i found this  b.b, website and thought it is very interesting and just perfect to my taste; not too strong and not bland. I like the environment; unlike other forums, most people here are much nicer, and they don’t show or post  penis  pictures of themselves in the thread, or any other pornograpic sites in the thread, which  causes our computer to get infected with viruses and i always had trouble with that in the past, and i kept the anti virus sofware working [lol]. 

SO, i decided to create my acount and stay here until then. i hope this forum keep going forever.  there are a lot of a good information that i did not know much before and i keep learning through reading many of the post here. i mostly read the "nutritional and dieting" thread and a few others.
