		<description><![CDATA[Lost 1 lb. Pretty good 4 of 7 days. Training was good. Not feeling energetic and healthy which should come with eating better. Might be the triple digit heat in which I do not flourish. I am working 5 of next six days so I should meet my goal next Monday of 2-3 lbs.

Approx. weight is 258-260. Goal is to lose 2-3 pounds per week until I hit 239 mark so I can see what kind of size I put on since I was at 239 before. From there I will continue on to see the 10% bf mark. I do not want to bulk again without having my midsection in shape.

<p>1st week of cutting went ok. I was solid on 4 days and decent but not great the other 3. Once again I am great when at work but weak at home. Successfully lost 2 pounds from 260 to 258.
