					<description>Does eating that many calories work for u...it seems like a lot....sometimes i have trouble trusting a lot of calories i usualy eat around 1900 to 2200.. ish.  Maybe i need to trust it and not worry...but fill me in cuz i still second guess it  thanks man...later</description>

					<description>hey bro checking out your meal plans today. It looks like you might be hammer the fats per meal too much to meet your daily goal. I would sugguest to spread it out and if you dont hit them,oh well. I think, at least for me if my pro and carbs are spot on thats all that matters.I have always read, you dont want to take in more than 20-25 grams of fat per meal. Find a protien powder like scifit that has 50 grams per serving. That gives you the cals and protien you need without stuffing and over fatting you. Breakfast should be you biggest and most caloric^sp of all the meals. Hope this helps. You need to care...As much as you say I motivate you, seeing you and the progress thus far, motivates me. I have enjoyed the last 8 months training together. I don't want to lose that bro. Remember our oath at the &amp;amp;#34;O&amp;amp;#34; ....we are going be huge for 09. Lets continue to make that happen. I am sure you have done this, but map out your meals when at home so you are not tempted. maybe try to prepare meals for the next two days at home. So when you are rush, rush,rush you can bring them with. If not just mirror my meals for the next week....you know they arent  gonna change, ha ha and just increase serving size to hit your goals. You can do this, you have for 6 weeks.</description>
