End of Week 5

Lost 1 lb. Pretty good 4 of 7 days. Training was good. Not feeling energetic and healthy which should come with eating better. Might be the triple digit heat in which I do not flourish. I am working 5 of next six days so I should meet my goal next Monday of 2-3 lbs.

I have been holding at 255-259 for 4 weeks now. I am just going to leave it at that and not vent. I have 6 solid days of eating clean. When schedules get hectic my intake suffers. Trying to stay focused.

Restart Week 1 Complete

I completed week one. Feel good. Diet was clean, training was intense and productive. Was sore the following day of each training session. Lost 3 pounds down to 255. Fairly happy with week 1.

Well my first attempt at cutting after my bulk failed. WTF! I am so disgusted. Nothing else to say really. Drawing a line and starting again. Approx. weight is 258-260. Goal is to lose 2-3 pounds per week until I hit 239 mark so I can see what kind of size I put on since I was at 239 before. From there I will continue on to see the 10% bf mark. I do not want to bulk again without having my midsection in shape.

Cutting Phase (Week 1 Complete)

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

I decided to end my sloppy attempt at a bulking phase at 8 weeks. I will never bulk again until I have reached my 10% bf goal.

1st week of cutting went ok. I was solid on 4 days and decent but not great the other 3. Once again I am great when at work but weak at home. Successfully lost 2 pounds from 260 to 258.

Bulking - Week 6 of 12 Complete

Had a great week of training. Was able to do biceps twice this week. Still struggling with diet but was pretty good 4 of 7 days. I want big things from this second half. I am drawing a line and moving forward.

Goals:

Maintain training intesnsity and consistancy. Biceps twice a week. Hammer abs three times a week. Hammer traps three times a week. Be rock solid on diet. Drink enough water, 1-2 gallons.

Continue to struggle with diet. After a week vacation and only training twice I am ready to hit it hard and re-focus. Thie week WILL be better. Nothing else to report.

Took measurements and posted in stats. I feel good about the size I have added but I am getting sloppy and I know it is because of bad fuel. I need to get my crap together or I am going to waste months of diligent effort.

Bulking - Week 3 of 12 complete

Little more of the same as last week. A little more vascular. Not much stronger. Increased pumps after workout. Struggling with diet a little. Up about 10 pounds total which = 3 pounds per week gain

Wednesday, March 11th, 2009

Getting stronger. Feeling bigger and a little more vascular. Struggled with diet most of the week but finished Saturday and Sunday at work so intake was good. Still a little short on total calorie uptake.

Need to focus on more water intake and increasing calories.
