I completed week one. Feel good. Diet was clean, training was intense and productive. Was sore the following day of each training session. Lost 3 pounds down to 255. Fairly happy with week 1.
Well my first attempt at cutting after my bulk failed. WTF! I am so disgusted. Nothing else to say really. Drawing a line and starting again. Approx. weight is 258-260. Goal is to lose 2-3 pounds per week until I hit 239 mark so I can see what kind of size I put on since I was at 239 before. From there I will continue on to see the 10% bf mark. I do not want to bulk again without having my midsection in shape.
