Bulking - Week 6 of 12 Complete
Sunday, April 5th, 2009Had a great week of training. Was able to do biceps twice this week. Still struggling with diet but was pretty good 4 of 7 days. I want big things from this second half. I am drawing a line and moving forward.

Maintain training intesnsity and consistancy. Biceps twice a week. Hammer abs three times a week. Hammer traps three times a week. Be rock solid on diet. Drink enough water, 1-2 gallons.
