Keto (End of week 4) Done and Done!
Sunday, February 22nd, 2009Well I have completed my 4 week keto. I lost approx. 14 pounds in 4 weeks and I am approx 16.5% bodyfat. I feel better. My clothes fit better. I am appier overall. BUT I STILL DO NOT LOOK GOOD NAKED! :/ I really thought I would look better than i do at this bf% and weight. I took photos today and I am actually discouraged and de-motivated. The only pic I am somewhat happy with is my calves.
I am burned out of cutting. My brother and I successfully did a 12 week cutting cycle and I dropped approx 30 pounds. Since I started last July I have lost a total of 61 pounds so I am hapy with that progress, but again i do not look as good as i thought I would at 16.5% bf and 239 Lbs.
Tomorrow I get to start bulking up. Gonna keep eating clean, just increase the calories and the carbs a bit. I am looking forward to lifting heavier and having more energy in the gym. My plan is to ignore my lack of enthusiasm with my current stats and just focus on the new program.
I have also started cutting the crap out of my supplement resume’. I am tired of spending money on products that have study after study to back up their claims but do not seem to help me. I might post some pics showing where I am at now.
