Week 4
Monday, January 26th, 2009Completed week 4 and lost another pound. I think I am burned out on this diet. Wit the help of my brother and on his advice i am going to try a 4 week low carb plan to mix things up. I am hoping for 5 lbs a week loss for a total of 20 lbs. That will put me at 233 Lbs which I have not been at in 10 years and have NEVER been at with this much muscle. The plan is based on Campbells Keto contest diet plan
