8 Week cutting phase (Round 2)
Saturday, December 27th, 2008I have decided to continue the cutting phase. The first 8 weeks I lost 19 pounds, 3 inches on my waistline and dropped a pant size. I went from 273 to 254 pounds. I want to see my abs and see more definition. I will allow myself one cheat meal a week. I am starting out with 12 calories per pound of bodyweight and will alternate days of protein-carbs-fat between 50-40-10 and 50-20-30 %.
