Ate good until 2pm then ate like a champ. Good cheat day.

Day 28 (Week 4 of 8 Complete)

Completed week 4 of an 8 week cutting cycle. Lost 11 Lbs, dropped a belt hole and went down in pant size from 42 to 40. Snapped some photos and was a little disappointed, but I feel better and have more energy. Probably going to extend the 8 weeks a bit further but we will see.

Switched to a low carb day since yesterday was a cheat. Went over by 300 cals but since my percentages were spot on I am not worried about it. 416g of protein was awesome! Never consumed that much before. Feel pretty good.

Blew it :(

Training: Legs, Calves, 1/2 of Lats

Did excellent all day until 1145pm. Waiting in ER with a friend and his family for his sick Grandma for 4 hours took its toll and I gave in. Disappointed in myself for sure.
