You are my idol!
I started with the "how to loose body fat;the 3 days a week workout" The results were amasing. I have loosed inches around my tummy that I never ever thought I would within just 2 months.
I just started the 4 days in a wk and kind of wondering-how long should I carry out this? I still have my baby tummy left(some little bit). You adviced to do cardio in the morning and not the days I am working out quads etc How about doing a 20minutes HIT like training on treadmeal just before the exercise? I just did that today.
Don’t let me down with your answers. I know you have alot to answer deffinately, but spare 1minute for mine.
