Just update my progress photos
June 19, 2009I have used the new work out programme for 3 weeks already [Jun 1st,09-Jun 19th, 09] after using full body work out alternately with 2000 metres swimming for a year. I was very into swimming, but I found out that it has made my body tone and prevent muscle growth. In the last 3 weeks. I swam less. Just once or twice a week and did go to gym more often. My weight has gradually increased, but mucles has not yet been clear. This seems to be my major problems.
For the next coming week, I will go back to swimming as it is my cardio week before back to the gym, continue my last 3 weeks program with increased intensity.
