I hold a record! haha

I did 10km on the rowing machine at my local gym this morning….. in 49 min. Im very proud of myself …now i hold the record at my gym for the women….yay! Me and some friends started a competition between us at the gym…it is very motivating because we all want to be the best! Anyway…it was tough but im feeling very good right now :)

Very frustrated …

Well, i just got a comment from a member of bodyspace that i was skinny like a skeleton. I thought this place was to encouraging people..not let them down. I really don’t understand his comment by the way…skeleton..me? lol..this is funny. I guess people can’t always be good. Im very frustrated about it because im busting my ass everyday in the gym and im VERY sure is not.  Anyway, i was a fan of bodyspace..but now…im really not :S

Well i think this week was one of my best in the term of training and dieting. My diet was very clean and i my workout was very challenging. So i think im in the right track for getting my abs before summer! A guy in the gym asked me this week if i was going to compete soon…so i guess that im not in so bad shape haha.. Anyway..i was very happy with his comment!

I had a pretty good legs workout today..now…it’s time to feed those muscles ! hihi :

Breakfast : Protein bar with a banana

Pre-workout : Apple sauce with walnuts

Post - workout : Protein shake with 3 cantaloup slices and a tablespoon of almond butter
Lunch : Spicy chicken with rice and vegetables

Meal 1 : Muffet cereal with a bit of All-bran, a banana and soy milk.

Meal 2 : Protein bar with some unsweeted apple sauce.

Meal 3 : Tilapia with sweet potatoes . Apple sauce and a bit of walnuts.

Meal 4 : Protein shake ( Nectar…yum! )

Meal 5 : Mexican Chicken (very spicy! and healthy!) with rice and vegetables

Meal 6 : FF yogourt with walnuts and berries

Finally!!! Yesterday was a very good day for me..i went to the gym and did my first unassisted pull-up :) Im very proud of myself!….well now..i just need to focus on my diet..i don’t know why but i have a really hard time sticking to it :(

 

what a cheat!

Well…after a very good week of dieting i decided to have my first
cheat yesterday! I needed it so much! I ate my favorite cheat meal :  lasagna ! with a piece of cheesecake..mmm damn it was good! I was feeling a bit guilty after that .. so i did a bit of cardio ( ultimate freesbie! ). But now..im back on track and ready to be very very strict with my diet all the week!
