					<description>I think we all hit this slump at times. Even simpler than new supps (though it can be exciting to try out new stuff!) is ask yourself why you're doing what you are? Why are you going to the gym? What do you want out of it? I read a good quote this last month, &amp;amp;#34;Bodybuilding is like a math problem. If your answer is wrong, you go back and try a different approach until you get the right formula to solve the problem&amp;amp;#34; Sometimes the problem can even be motivation. Try taking a moment to go back to what got your started and re-orient yourself from there. Figure out what's missing to make it exciting and more appealing so the drive happens on its own. At least that's my two cents...</description>
