Alright,I have gone from LOW motivation to NO motivation.I have been working out for only 6 years,so….what gives?Is this a normal fluctuation in training or just my lazy a$$ not quite doing something right? LOL

You have to love it. So find something that drives you. Change things up, and go at it from a different angle.
OR, set some type of new goal, and focus only on that for a while

I agree with janthony,try a different type of work out.
