WTF?

I just cannot seem to gain any momentum lately with my training.I used to get so excited to go workout…now it’s like pulling teeth to get myself motivated.I have tried going to the gym with a partner…changing my workouts…..nothing is getting me out of this crappy rut that i am in.Hopefully it will pass and I will get some motivation soon.I am soooo freakin frustrated with myself.I think that I stopped feeling motivated when I hit the dreaded plateau. Now I ask myself "What Now?"

Hey, keep your head up!! We all go through times like these but you always gotta keep moving. We fall so we can pick ourselfs up again..

might need a slight tweek in the workout program to make it new.. Or even some pre workout products to give you a lil extra energy for the workouts!

Hope things get better. Let me know if you need any info!

+3 on Pre workout supplement….I know that’s what keeps me going….Popular ones include: BSN NO-Xplode (jitters for some), Animal Pump, Gaspari Super Pump 250

I think we all hit this slump at times. Even simpler than new supps (though it can be exciting to try out new stuff!) is ask yourself why you’re doing what you are? Why are you going to the gym? What do you want out of it? I read a good quote this last month, "Bodybuilding is like a math problem. If your answer is wrong, you go back and try a different approach until you get the right formula to solve the problem" Sometimes the problem can even be motivation. Try taking a moment to go back to what got your started and re-orient yourself from there. Figure out what’s missing to make it exciting and more appealing so the drive happens on its own. At least that’s my two cents…
