did my chest yesterday, tried drop setting and lets just say that aint no easy feat, was totally exhausted and really feel it today, did my legs today and had a great workout, started with a run at 5am and trained again at 9am. Going on holiday for 10 days, hate to miss my training but I think I should also give my body a break, its so hard to do that when you have to get your daily fix…………maybe I’ll go for a few runs……
