back day
I trained my back this morning, started with a 30 minute run at 5am and did my back at around 9am, back exhausts me, started with 2 sets of 4 chin ups, deadlifts 50 kgs(10reps) and two more sets of 55kgs (10 reps), pretty good for a 47kg lady! Did 3 sets of latpulldowns, 30, 35,35kgs for 10 reps each, cable rows, 35,35,40kgs, 10 reps each, barbell rows, 20, 25,25kgs, 10 reps each, dumbell rows, 17,18,18kgs 10 reps each and then back extensions,20,12, 10 reps, 3 sets with a 10kg plate. That my friends was the end of back day for me.
