So its Saturday and I dont weight train generally on a weekend, I did 45 mins run/walk on my treadmill this morning, I didnt do much cardio this week, I’m still not sure how much is too much or too little. My main priority is not to lose my muscle, however little I possess. My 5 year old son had his first karate grading this morning and got 2 black stripes, so proud! My daughter has her grading this afternoon, she’s a star too!
