lazy…..
So I realise that I havent warmed to this blogging thing as yet, but basically I work out Monday to Friday, back, chest, legs, bi’s & tri’s, shoulders, I am trying to incorporate a little more cardio into the equation. My objective is to build muscle but also to lean out more. I am extremely disciplined and never miss my workouts, I also eat clean with the occasional treat along the way. I am contemplating posting some photos but am generally a bit shy, so I’ll have to work on that one!!!
