My goal is to compete in 08! I am probably going to hire a trainer/nutritionist in March. But In the mean time I need some help. I use my arms all day because I am a massage therapist. So my biceps and traps are really big. I know it is difficult to tell in these pics. But my shoulders are under developed relative to these muscles. I think that is why my biceps don’t look as big as they are in person. Does any one have any advice? I have a hard time with the whole mind/muscle connection when doing things like lateral raises and my traps tend to take over. Any advice would be appreciated!

I’ve been a Massage Therapist for 7 years now. I have a small studio in the galleria-bellaire area. I have been accused of being a meat head and if you can’t get a hold of me I am probably at the gym. I am currently trying to figure out how to get paid to workout. I love chocholate, red wine and midgets! I am currently working on the cure for cancer and I hold the secret to ending world hunger! I love men and believe that the odds of me finding true love ARE better than the chance that I’ll get hit by a mac truck. However I am accepting applications from lesbians just in case. I feel truly blessed to have the friends that I do and thank God for them everyday! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job but don’t give happy endings. I don’t like meatheads, hypocrites, pickles or spiders! I’m secretly a millionare and swimming in money. I just don’t want anyone to know because I want people to like me for me. I think it’s better to not have what you want than to not want what you have! I may be related to Andre the Giant in some way, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t sometimes feel small. I think that everything happens for a reason and that we create our own happiness…and our own misery! I’m totally attracted to men who can make me laugh or just talk to me and I think that games are for 5 year olds. I’ll always have a real christmas tree even though they are a pain in the ass. I think red wine should be an essential macro-nutrient (Maybe it is. I don’t know). I love the pain the day after an intense leg workout when your legs feel like lead and sitting to pee makes you wince. I think that sex is better with someone you love than with someone you don’t care about at all. I think that God is a woman and that some ******* man designed women’s shoes. I’d rather be alone and happy than with someone and feel lonely. I hate eating out unless it is for sushi or fish (I can’t cook these). I gave up margaritas when I found out they were 1/3 of my daily caloric intake. I am deathly afraid of being late and I cannot remember a time before there was Starbucks. I think that writing is a dying art and political correctness is over rated! I feel sexy when I am sweaty and I can’t wait to be in my thirties. I’d rather clean toilets than do my taxes. I think dogs are God’s reminder to us of how we all should love. I love a comfy bed, good dreams, and sleeping in. I think that life is too short and that we should all try to seize the day! I thank God for modern day hair products and sugar free syrup! And I think that “friends with benefits” is a lie perpetuated by two people: one who is willing to accept less, and one who is less willing to commit! I never take my self too seriously and don’t think that you should either!
