It’s such a bummer!
After being sick 3 months on and off… Im finally back in the gym. I gained 3 pounds but lost a lot of muscle… =0( I felt so discouraged like I worked my ass off for so long and now im back to zero. Buttttt…. Im not! Im def in better shape then I was when I started. Just not in the best I have been around Jan-Feb. Im really ready to kick some booty and get mine back in great shape. I really need to loose the 3% body fat I gained and then some!
Ive changed up all my supplements and started back on a clean high protien diet. Yesterday was my first day back. i did shoulders and abs and boy can I FEEL IT! Ouchie..
ANyway. Wish me luck you guys… After being sick and down its been hard but I know Im going to show everyone up!
