Muscle Tech Program
So muscletech is so confident about thier products that they are supplying the whole customer service department with free supplements as long as they post a blog about the results they recieved from them. I am currently taking NO shotgun pre, torrent post, and optimum protien. I will be switching to No plasmacore pre, cell-tech hardcore post, and mass-tech protien. Tomorrow will be my first work out with cell tech so i’ll post what i think after the first day!

So friday I did my chest/shoulder/bi workout it consisted of the following:
Military (smith) Shoulder Press

Still having a little chest pain on the right side of my sternum. I injnured it doing the very physical act of sleeping haha between the prejuding and night show of my competion in the beggining of April I took a nap on the floor to keep from destroying my sheets with pro/dream tan and I woke up with a killer pain were my pectoralis major were it attaches to my sternum. but it’s not unbareable and will hopefully be gone soon!

This set is when the pump really kicked in and my ipod was picking badass tunes on shuffle so I was really feeling the work out!

TODAY I did a light leg/back work out..I’ve been wanted to gain size in these areas especially, so I’ve been doing these muscle groups twice a week(heavey day alone and light day together).
Today I did the following:
This morning I did my light legs and back day because those are the 2 muscle groups I really wanna hit hard and 2wice a week.
Started with some unwieghted wide grip pulls up

I know I need to add wieght to these to get better results so as soon as I find the proper belt I will.

This was a new lift for me as well and I was really weak but felt better as the reps went on so hopefully I will get some more wieght up next week!
So as far as the supplements go, I am pretty please with the mass tech. i like the flavor and how I feel after slamming a shake post work out. How ever the cell-tech is a different story; first , it tastes terrible and for having 75g of sugar i feel like they try and make it taste this bad, secondly the amount of sugar really bumps that calories so with mass tech and cell tech I’m afraid of real sloppy gains becasue together I’m putting in 1200 cals post work out and 80g of sugar. moreover, 75 grams of sugar is real acidic in my stomach and dosen’t tend to sit very well. Lastly I have something good to say,kinda, the mono creatine really fills me out and hives me a full look and I have noticed good recovery, idk about better than torrent by definitely comparable. However I think any mono cratine would do this with less sugar like a nutrex vitargo cgl. So in conclusion I can’t wait to get the plasmacore, mess-tech is great for a weight gaining protien/post workout drink, cell-tech is alot of uneeded sugar doesn’t taste or sit well and gives similar results to other mono creatine products.

Today I did my heavy leg day, it went ok, the only squat rack in my lame gym was taken all day with prevented full on squats but this is what i did-
Stiff leg (smith) dead lift-

Didn’t have straps today so the lack of reps was mainly my lack of grip:/
Old man river got off the squat rack and my boss snaked it for rack pulls so then I hopes of squats were completely diminished, so i just did front squats on the smith

205X4-weak set so I changed up the tunes to some hardcore metal

Really pounded the quads, the only other time i’ve done front squats was for cutting before my shows so the weight was really light, I liked the change I might try and incorporate these into my routine.
Lastly I finished up with some good ol’ leg press

Overall pretty solid work out I upped the sets but I’m still working on putting up more weight.

About the supplements, I’ve come to the conclusion that I only can uptake about a 100 carbs post work out and with the cell tech/mass tech combo i’m puttin in 242 carbs, so I was fairly accurate about the sloppy gains. Today the cell tech didn’t bother my stomach as much, but next month I think I will switch to the creadex by MAP or creakic from muscle tech, I do like the mass tech and am still in the air weather I want to switch it up to the nitro-tech.

Good finish I was pretty spent.. I really wanted to throw in some lat pull downs SS DB skull crushers but had to get to work I did this all in about 35 min so i’ll make sure I get to the gym earlier next time!
The NO shotgun is an awesome product! The cell-tech i’m still frustrated with-have seen alot of resluts-its been 1.5 weeks so i don’t expect much nonetheless very unimpressed. The mass tech however is still delicious and has the right amount of protein while i think it’s probably a little high in carbs, overall a great prodcut!

Alright, so I’ve been slacking pretty hard on the blog mainly because of a dislocated shoulder, but i’ve been in the gym for about 4 weeks now doing a bulk cycle with mass tech creadex epidrol and a combination of prework out supplements! Some recent updates on my core lifts are 8 resps of 225 on bench, 4 resps of 345 on squats. I am still loveing the mas tech, however the creadex isn’t quite what I expected, i think the dosage of cee is kind of weak. I would double up the servings but it’s already 8 pills a day as well as a 3 week cycle, so i would only have 1.5 week supply! Next month I will be trying a cutting cycle, so I will give you an update on the new stack next month as well as lifting goals and stats!
