Hydroxycut Challenge Week 1

January 27, 2009

So I am kinda procrastinating uploading my pics- THEY are so embarrassing!

I am sure everyone is embarrassedĀ  posting pics not of their best self. THat takes some serious balls. I am struggling but holding myself totally accountable and working on it.
I can’t believe how I put on 10 lbs! I am so embarrassed and disappointed in myself b/c I train like crzy and still don’t have the body to show for it. I am 152 lbs now and my ideal self is around 130. I like to be strong and keep my muscle. Lean out plan is on!
I was doing so good on my clean eating then my husband came home after a year deployment to Iraq and boom! I gave in too much when he wanted to engorge himself in terrible food! The whole well " I haven’t had this in a year …….." has been really hard to handle. Thankfully I am determined and have put my goals down on paper and am really focusing on them in the morning , at night and throughout the day when I want to give in to the gluttony! It really has helped me push through the temptations.
We have been working out together too and I usually end up doing more of mass/strength building with him and I think I will start a lean out now with better results b/c I have put strength on which is always awesome.

**HYDROXY CUT update**

SO far -haven’t lost a pound but today I took 3 and got a jump start of energy from it. I tire easy after though. Not really sure if its the hydroxy or not. I jut started 3 days ago and so far so good. I am eating slightly smaller portions too. I am not jittery or sick feeling. I am still super excited and motivated to track my progress.

Hydroxycut Max Transformation Challenge

January 22, 2009

I just ordered Hydroxycut Max and entered the transformation challenge. I am excited to have to post my results and be accountable to something :D Challenging myself is great but I stay on track nutritionally when I enter some contest or challenge.

I am so excited to try this new product. Since the ephedra ban , I have not used Hydroxycut and am looking forward give this one a try.

I am off to get a usb camera cord so I can hopefully post updates every other day :D
It will be embarrassing but motivates me to keep going :D I will post pics today or tomorrow at the latest and get down to serious business.

BIKINI weather is coming ! I SWEAR!

Staying Motivated!

September 3, 2008

I love working out! There is nothing more satisfying than feeling and seeing your hard work! I am staying motivated and very excited to be feeling strong. My legs are getting awesome from taking a break. ITs okay I will stay symmetrical because I kinda used to hate legs A LOT!

Now that I am taking pics and journaling my progress, thoughts and feelings- I Stay So motivated! When I think I don’t have time to workout, I grab my notebook and want to challenge myself!
I want to beat my old personal best. I compete with myself but thats okay, I see it more as being your best!

I cant wait to start on weights though. I hate being restricted! Its harder than not working out at all. I see the results, I see the progress and thanks to bodyspace, I see what I can aspire to do!

Again Starting Over……..

August 31, 2008

Well the surgery was very successful. It is very hard not to want to start lifting weights again. I miss that feeling, the strength, the hardcore badass edge ! It is still in me , I really enjoy lifting and need to focus on what I can do instead of bummin.

It is so funny, I haven’t been really limited in a few years with weights and I forget how to start at the bottom again! I am even forgetting some of my favorite exercises. I do think it will benefit my training in the long run because I do keep workout journals and now I REALLY will remember the feeling of the beginning. I am getting creative too, which can be fun :)

On my least favorite topic, nutrition. I LOVE to read nutrition articles and the biochemistry involved in giving your body what it needs for certain groups to function at optimal levels, I just don’t like incorporating it. I think the reason I struggled in the past with nutrition is because the results are slower and more noticeable in a reflective way. For instance, I usually will notice the benefits of my diet about 3 weeks in and think "I haven’t been sluggish" or "I really stepped up the endurance". My recovery is also so much more amazing, even my skin feels good. I want that back and will harness this time to really buckle down on this staple I struggle with!  Well thats it but I am back to journaling my progress :) YAY!
