Week 2

Sunday, February 24th

Had a superb lower body session today… my rear and legs are still tingling… I owned the Smith machine… too much fun… SUPAPUMP definitely helped me pull through… I didn’t want to stop, but alas…. I closed the gym… 6pm on sundays… not cool I was on roll… I mean I had already been there 2 hours but I could have rolled right along… -725 for the gym session, plan on doing 3-4 miles on the treadmill in a bit to make it a complete day…

 Just finished the day with a 3 mile run… yay.. feeling great -430… time to hit the shower and call it a night!

 Total caloric burnage for the day: -1155

 Monday, February 25th

The official day of rest… followed leg day… I like to ruin myself on leg day, hence the need to rest on the day following…

Tuesday, February 26th

Today was cardio only… still feeling it in the legs… calves especially which is weird because I rarely feel it there… anyhoo… I had a crazy day at the hospital from 7am-5pm running around like a headless chicken all the live long day… and lifting some heavy patients… boy oh boy… so my feet and back were killing me…. but I followed up with an "actual" workout… 4.5 mile run on the treadmill (-625)… wish I could have done more today though!

Total:  a mere -625 calories…. not so great :(

 Wednesday, February 27th

I rocked out today on my treadmill… 7.16 miles baby!  I kept good pace too for not having gone that long in quite some time… YAY… feeling great!  Would like to do maybe a triathlon or 1/2 marathon sometime this summer which I think would be great… definitely chomping at the bit to get to the gym and lift though.. but I gotta go hit the shower up and catch a quick 4 hours of sleep before the day starts all over again…blah!

Total: -930 calories… great run!

    I have SupaPump arriving from this very site tomorrow! I can’t wait… CAN’T FRIGGIN’ WAIT to get hopped up on that stuff and abuse myself with the weights. As crack is to the junkie SupaPump is to the body builder!! I just hope I can get to sleep after I take it.

    Hey girlie~ you are kickin some butt!!
    As for me and my sweet love S.pump.. I have to take a break from it.. i’ve been using it for 10weeks straight now, so it’s time for me to take some time off.. : ( Wish me luck w/ my workouts..it’s going to be wierd. Maybe i’ll just mix up some blue crystal lite and pretend like it’s super pump… : ( lol!!:)

    You are an animal!! I like owning gym equipment, too! It makes me feel big and powerful!! Kicking it feels equally as nice!

    It is hard to work in a hostpital and then work out, my sister is an ER Doctor and i have heard of the shifts she has done not to mention the people that come in : ) LOL

    I am currently on the inpatient neurology floor and let me tell you I see my share of loonies… but so many interesting cases and people… some sad but others so inspiring… it’s great, but I think orthopaedics is where I am heading… we’ll see though!
