i have been debating taking a pro hormone lately but i am hesistant because i do not know if the benefits will outweigh the negatives, or if there will even be any lasting negatives,
can anyone give me some insite into pro hormones? have you taken them? do you know anyone who has? good vs bad?

my thighs and glutes are disproportionately larger than my waist (as i’m sure many of you have encountered) so my question is where can i go to get good jeans without taking all day to find a pair that will fit around my thighs without having to buy a pair that has a waist that is 2 sizes (or more) to big…….please help

6/6/09 i tried a serving of plasma jet by gaspari nutrition……..it was decent, i liked it but i don’t think i’d buy a months supply of it
i also recently started taking SupercissusRx by Usplabs about a week ago and Glucosamine (in an attempt to make my tendonitis heal quicker)….i love both of them……to be honest i haven’t come across a usplabs product i didn’t love, accept prime its not that it did something bad its more so that i didn’t fell that it helped me with my gains
starting next week i will be taking MuscleTech Gakic, everyone i talk to about this product says its a godsend so i’m hoping for big things

i have had tendonitis for the past month-about and because i am impatient and hard headed i kept working out with it (i still have it) and my left arm (the arm without it) has become bigger than my right arm (the arm with it), not super noticeable but none the less its there……so for the next two weeks to get it to heal i am only doing cardio, my goal will be to swim six miles a week

i’ve tried many different proteins some tasty some disgusting, problem is most of them are expensive….i’m asking you my peers and fellow enthusiasts if you know of a cheap good protein, or some where i can get cheaper stuff

so today i did disc nine of p90x, which is the chest, back and abs workout, as a warm up to what i normally do and it was a perfect warm up, and hard in its own right…..i definitely suggest that if you know some one who has it you borrow it or check craigs list for it cause its to expensive from the web site, and give it a shot yourself

so i have been training for a few years now, and only recently (about a year now) have i been really serious about lifting….and starting last monday i decided that i would do that which most of the books i have read and people i have talked to have told me, that is, when i do a repetition i let the weight down very slow effectively doing psuedo-negatives with every rep
