					<description>Just wondering how you hope for &amp;amp;#34;physical perfection&amp;amp;#34; and smoke cigarettes??? (granted, you are trying to quit) I also see you talk about getting  &amp;amp;#34;shit-faced&amp;amp;#34;

I was a hockey player for almost 16 years, (2 professionally) and cannot understand how people justify drinking (NOT a natural bodily substance) and still expect to BUILD their bodies.

Drinking does just the opposite. It kills cells. PERIOD.

The advertisers have even fooled MOST younger men into drinking LIGHT (Lite) beer...(This was the equivalent of wearing a DRESS in my day!!!) We are sometimes no better than SHEEP!

Now, that being said, I have a beer or two every now and then. I do. But, in the day, I RARELY drank and did not EVER smoke - ANYTHING.

Just a thought.

In other news....does anyone have a good, no-nonsense workout for a 14-year-old football player? He is naturally toned and on the verge of becoming buff. He wants a good, mixed workout (Aerobic and Weights) something he can stick to.
