Tomorrow will mark Day One of my ALR Industries stack, consisting of Jungle Warfare, Badass Mass, and Restore. As previously posted, the stack will be eight weeks long. I will be keeping a detailed log of my progress, including measurments of each body part worked, and the usual weight, reps etc… I have somewhat high hopes for this stack. So I hope it serves me well. I will be busting my ass at the gym now more than ever to ensure that I get my desired results. I’m super excited, and I’ll be following up with my measurments tomorrow morning.
