or those who have a hard time gaining weight, he advises that they should:

  • Eat 5-6
  • smaller meals a day

  • Eat carbs half an hour after exercising
  • Rest at least 3 days a week
  • Sleep 8 or more hours a day
  • Eat 30 to 50 grams of protein with each meal every 3 hours
  • Not avoid unsaturated fats because they raise hormone levels
  • Eat between 60 and 100 grams of carbs per day
  • Eat no more than 3 eggs a day
  • Substitute beef and pork with chicken and fish
  • Avoid sugar — it contains empty calories; eat fruits and vegetables for carbs instead
  • Use supplements and protein shakes to get the required daily amount of protein

    Hey everyone im just wondering see I eat a lot of food and mainly now my diet is very clean im starting to see great results and have been reaching closer to achieving my goals! Im going to Panama City Beach Wednesday for SB and Im gunna start carb depleting like a mutha. Idk i just felt like writing something get at me if you want to know more.

    I want to know! lol Anywayz I have been on a clean diet and I am already seeing results I  mean I am getting more ripped now its time to pack on the muscle! My Ideal weight is between 185-195. I mean I can do 185 before spring break and 195 for sure before the summer!

    im going to add syntha- 6 to my workouts and also do pre workout supplements work? What I have heard all they do is give you an energy boost and a clear psch but I already have that.
