I’m a little bummed recently. I suffered a rotator cuff injury following a set of Dumbell Fly’s. My Chiropractor told me it was only a minor muscle tear/pull so it should heal up but it has sidelined my chest and shoulder routine.

Weel at least it isn’t too serious. I had a similar problem with my back and deadlifts. Just be happy it isn’t too serious. But, don’t worry, you’ll be back before you know it! Best of Luck to ya!
