so im closing to 14 weeks out

i´ve been doing this diet and i´ve been eating 300g protein,160g carbs,40gfat

so on sunday im 14 weeks out and im gonna start to reduce the carbs

every 2 weeks i´ll take 20g of my carb intake

so far im happy where im at and how im progressing

My diet plan

September 10, 2007

Meal1:oatmeal,2 eggwhites

meal2:proteinshake and rice cake

meal3:tuna,cabbage and water

meal4:fish and rice cake

meal5:tuna and rice cake

meal6: Protein shake. this meal is last meal before bed

i often cheat on the diet during the night when i wake up but if that happens i will just brush my teeth instead
