Friday, August 31st, 2007Back on the horse. Monday had the BJJ and San Shao class.
Tuesday: went to the gym and hit the bag for an hour along with calisthenics: weighted
crunches and leg raises.
Wednesday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps-
Dumbbell Presses: 70’s 4 sets of 12,
Dips: 5 sets to failure
Laterals: 25’s 3 sets of 10
Incline Machine Flyes: 3 sets of 12
Icarian Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10
Cable Pressdowns (standard and overhead): 5 sets of 10
Thursday: Squats: 135/225/245lbs(x2) 4 sets of 12
Leg Press: 5 plates/side 3 sets of 15
Hammer Strength Leg Ext.: 3 sets of 12
Heavy Bag for 30 min.
