Friday, September 29th, 2006Started my new split yesterday. Always wanted to try it, never had the lack of time to do so. Hit my posterior side. One warmup set followed by three main sets.
Deadlifts
Standing Military Press
Lying Leg Curls
Shrugs
Reverse Flyes-> Rear Shoulder Raises
Tricep Pressdowns
My traps are killing me. I strained my neck slightly on the left side this time. What’s with my neck this year? Plus my left ankle is killing me from all this walking around…the pavement really is a killer. I’m sore all over my posterior side today…feels great. Going to add my barbell rows next week to this. The point of this workout is to keep everything simple, and hit the whole backside.
