Well this is my first blog! I have been working out for two and a half weeks now and well I am so far satisfied with the results! Which to me is nothing so far. I had a bad weekend. Stomach bug or something so I am still recovering from that! For those who have helped and you know who you are thanks! Progress pictures to follow soon!
