I was a gym rat years ago and after the gym closed, things haven’t been the same. Long story short, I need to increase my streangth and endurance. With that being said, it’s a safe assumption that I will also loose weight in the process. Right now I feel I look like a pear. I’ve lost some weight already because diabetes runs in the family and I am now on diabetic medication and am doing very well eliminating sugar from my diet. I was told I need protein with each meal. Of all the knowledge on this website, I’m hoping you guys and gals can help me. What is recommended?? I’ve also been doing a lot of cardio exercises because of a bad shoulder that I’m currently getting rehabilited and have little to no results, any suggestions? I’ve also started taking "Meltdown" and I think it has a huge part in my current weight loss. I’ve lost the extra weight in my face and some in my chest. Now it’s all in my stomach. Any suggestions will be seriously considerded and appreiciated. Thank you all for your time.
