I’ve read that yoga can be very good for you. I’m trying to loose bodyfat, while increasing strength and endurance. I have an opportunity to take yoga three days a week and was hoping to get additional oppinions on this. Any input?

What kind of yoga is it? I took Bikram yoga for two months (the one where they stick you in a sauna like room and make you hold positiions for 90 seconds or do), and I loved it! It did not make me lose any weight or gain any visible strength, but I felt wonderful, and it was certainly a worthwhile experience.
Yoga has proven to be an awesome thing for me.. I do 90 min of it only once a week but Love it and it has created balance and strength not necessarily visible but I can feel the difference in other aspects of my working out and know its because of the yoga. I say GO FOR IT!!!

What gave you the idea to write about Bodybuilding.com - MauraticSM’s BodyBlog - YOGA ? I read the whole thing and was a bit surprise.
