So today after 11 weeks of serious body development I reached my final day and as every year I went to get my body fat % measured with Hydrostatic Analysis ( under water ) with an amazing 3.1 % result at 199.25 lbs body weight. I am very very happy with this number and for the next year my goal is to hit a number under 3 %. I know it can be done and I feel lucky to be one of the world’s leanest fitness models. Still many improvements ahead but I feel I am on the right track.
