September 23, 2008So I’ve put together a shopping list of things I need to get and here’s what I’m at so far
GNC Creatine Monohydrate capsules
EAS Myoplex Original Whey protein (Chocolate Fudge)
GNC Fish Oil capsules
GNC Mega Man Sport Multivitamins
What do you think of the list so far? Is there anything else I should add to it. My goal is to gain as much muscle as I can by Christmas. Hoping to really push for the 10lb mark. Is there anything else I should take to help me reach my goal or should this pretty much do so?
