Well its been a long time coming, but on June 13th 2009 i took 1st place in the light-middle weight class at the 2009 Sask Provincial Championships.  It was close for the overall, but the light heavyweight competitor took the overall.  Im now going to focus on competing at Nationals next year which takes place right here in Saskatoon!!.  

Stay tuned im now taking PVL supplements like ISO-Gold Protein and i want to share my progress with you all.
